Our 6 weeks online course runs regularly.  We cover several topics that include Nutrition, Stress Management, Exercise, Women’s Health, Men’s health and others. This interactive online course is designed to inspire and guide you toward a healthier and more balanced life. You will also be able to be part of a private Facebook Group with likeminded people. Answer: Yoga is a holistic practice that offers numerous benefits, both physical and mental. It can improve flexibility, strength, and balance, while also reducing stress, promoting relaxation, and enhancing mindfulness. Our classes will only incorporate Asana (movement), and Pranayama (breathing exercises), hence the name Breath N’ Flow.

Preparing your home for a toxin inspection involves ensuring good ventilation, providing access to different areas, and sharing any specific concerns or symptoms you’ve experienced. During the inspection, we’ll assess various potential sources of toxins, such as cleaning products, beauty products, kitchen pantry, cooking tools, and other materials. The goal is to identify and offer solutions to reduce your exposure to harmful substances.

 No, you also have the option for online inspection. This process will involve video calling and a virtual inspection of your house and areas in your house you are comfortable share.
